Transparent Blouse At Party

July 30. Friendship Day.

friend is one who plays and cries with you.
At the initiative of Dr. Ramón Artemio Bracho founded the World Friendship Cross, in his beautiful Puerto Pinasco on June 20, 1958. Since then fixed the date of July 30 to remember and celebrate Friendship Day in our country. From the beginning, letters poured in from around the world by Dr. Bracho congratulating you on your great initiative. Many South American countries joined the Crusade and as we, his children, youth and adults are now preparing some gifts to give to that friend who accompanies us at all times. Happy Valentine's Day.

Science Project About Papertowel

A little more about Bertoni.

Scientific
Bertoni Monument is located in the district of Presidente Franco, a few kilometers from Ciudad del Este. It has a vast stretch of forest where they are native species such as palm and exotic species such as jackfruit. In what was formerly the dwelling of the wise, now runs a museum where we can see objects that he used in his experiments, personal items, books printed by the same Bertoni, animal and insect species collected for study, etc. A few yards away runs the mighty river Paraná. These pictures below were taken in May this year, on a trip we made with my students in a school.

July 24, 1826. Birth of Francisco Solano López.

Francisco Solano López Carrillo was born in the city of Asuncion on July 24, 1826, son of Don Carlos Antonio López and Juana Carrillo. He succeeded Don Carlos in the presidency of the Republic, becoming at 2 º constitutional President of the Republic of Paraguay between 1862 and 1870. He was the commander in chief of the armed forces, president and chief of the Paraguayan nation during the War of the Triple Alliance (Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay). His companion until his death in Cerro Cora was the Irish Elisa Alicia Lynch with whom he had 6 children. Juanita Weigle had three children, one named Emiliano, during the Great War was living in New York. Then transcribe the last letter sent Mariscal Lopez, and in the aftermath of the cruel war. Mine is a simple tribute to this hero of Paraguay.

Azcurra, June 28, 1869 My
dear son Emiliano:

do not know if you will be in your hands my previous April, but I'm afraid you have not received the first what I'd feel so much I spoke in it, as it was addressed to General Dix, United States Minister, who has been relieved, his successor probably would not have had a lot of effort to let you come, as I said in my last. Then
I announced an upcoming trip to the United States, and now he returns to his country, General Mac Mahon, it is time I checked. I've recommended a lot to this gentleman, who gladly accepts the recommendation and wants to serve as a guide.
I tell that you will be obedient to their instructions and directions for your own good, and that does not cause the least displeasure, much less hot flashes in any sense, but diligent and chivalry, let all children's entertainment and seek commitments I formed the studious and serious man, which has given me satisfaction and it must be useful to the country, and their poor brothers, whom you, in my absence, you will only hope and support.
is not a trip of leisure and entertainment, but of practical life and the most assiduous and constant study you must be in the world. Many years have passed and in Europe but I have noticed a real advantage in your studies. On the contrary, I had to deplore more than once your little progress, due to circumstances that I have not known me a good account of prolonged isolation in this unfortunate War has put us in the time that you have clarified my advice and I of your news, but the few words from time to time I have gone far to bring the comforting proof of your progress, have only stoke my pains and care, remembering that there was a time when, with little application to your real breakthrough, you've neglected to prefer entertainment all futile and a society problem, like Garcia, instead of cultivating closer ties with fellow that, while appearing in more humble conditions are called to work in the development of our country in more or less advantaged by the illustration of his industry and conduct have been able to conquer his return to the bosom of the Fatherland.
All this I can tell you now, you think to know better, now that you have more years, circumstances that make me wait for better appreciation of my advice and best achievement in my constant wishes for your birthday education, culture and enjoyment.
The last letter I received from you remembered your age to ask me to be admitted as "Attaché" of the legation. I would have given you not only this position, but others higher, but I prefer that you know most distinguished merit positions, showing your skill and persevering study, and it is with this purpose that now gives you the knowledge of the United States, where I confidently know to reach the merits and achievements that I heartily wish you, as the number of years not only serves in a negative sense, when you have not taken advantage of advantageous or, at least useful. And speaking of age, and you are not to waste time but to have and enjoy all the moments of life with a persistent hard work and honorable, and I count You are going to give me such satisfaction.
As with the trip that you provide to the United States would have idle time, too heavy and reprehensible thing all good man, I want to enter as a student usefully occupy the office of the ablest lawyer possible, so you have the chance to learn the theory and practice of law, and General Mac Mahon has been kind enough to take care of looking for a placement, in which, according your hard work and contraction, draw you know the esteem and respect of major and thus fulfilled my complacency.
You are so far outside the timeliness of office life, but I heartily recommend not letting you ever noticed in this kind of lack, which is always harmful to the reputation further.
I flatter myself that in a short time you will learn the principles, theorists who have to guide your practical work and train your intelligence in the field, thus offering major the grounds care profession to you and see that when a girl has the misfortune of merit, rather than care, the main accusation is very painful to his credit in the afterlife. And you do not draw back from teaching a student moves from a lawyer, this is due to contraction and labor.
According to my information, the attorney's office in New York are preferable to Washington for a young student can take, and although life in that city is more expensive than in Washington, I prefer to you a placement where you have the chance to practice more constant and varied, and so I recommend to Mr. Mac Mahon, whose residence also stay closer to where you need some advice.
addition, living near him, may give you some understanding of honor and respect you, by you, will look after cultivar with hardworking dedication, trying to inspire if not some interest, at least sympathy.
But beware of making the knowledge or the ratio of idle and dissipated young men who would bring you no immediate contempt but sensible people and misfortunes in the future, I recommend you avoid these pitfalls with the most careful precautions, like nothing is so painful to my heart as your premature loss.
recluirte is not my intention entirely in the office of a lawyer, and I hope that taking a life of labor and contracted, also ahead in social life and have time for this after having met your daily duties in the office, to cultivate the relationship of people or honorable families whose knowledge you have done.
From the reports I have, you should take a piece in New York furnished in a "Boarding House" taking the food in a hotel, which they say will cost in all, 1500 AV, per year, at best.
In times of stations in the Congress, you can go to live in Washington, where, life is more expensive, and you have the chance to see the political world diplomatic and if you know deserve, as I hope, will be admitted into them.
As your attorney studies are not intended to receive from the main office no financial compensation for the work that you have because we do not look now but your illustration and advancement in the summer, when the population of New York comes to the field, you can do the same, avoiding the more "fashionable" where it is not spent much money and vain, and looking less to nearby fashion you can go equally well with less extravagance and even doing some economy.
You can also visit other states and cities, taking care always to do with profit and spending as little as possible, say to the advantage of your training because you have a well established principle, and is not looking at anything with indifference, but from the point of view of their subject, in relation to reason and profit. Realize that is all because of this has to come a day when you'll need.
General Mac Mahon put at your disposal one hundred (100) ounces gold and four hundred (400) others in the United States. This is what I can send you, and I recommend the largest economy in your spending, because they do not know when I will send more, or if I do, because our fortune is ruined by war and I am determined to put his remains in the service of the Fatherland . With this you cope better.
War, however, can not last long and if the country is saved, all will be saved, but unfortunately falls, I will fall with it and in that case, you will be, as I said before, the only hope for your tender siblings, and then I recommend you work, even working the land, to: that they lack the bread, so God help us all and be blessed by him and me.
You see that I have the ability to send as much as I wanted, but I hope that behaving with restraint and circumspection that you desire, and leading a modest life and unassuming, you should not have, you can experience a few years and make suitable for withstanding any case I recommend you now whatever way that Providence wants to remember, and in conformity and possible resignation.
just not going to, and confidence in the judgments that I've always noticed in the city Luciano Lara, we will invite for me to accompany you, for I trust to be a loyal friend and helpful colleague, and your account will be spending most essential, and both aplicaréis your attention to the common expense may be the least significant. In addition, Lara take on the U.S. occupation most suited him and give him a reading of this passage, just as Captain Benitez. It is understood that also Lara will provide the necessary dressing rooms, and as a trusted friend, ask their opinion on all things here are not prevented, and as to the materiality of the way of life, there will have the experience that best suits them. Well
out that, not too big to incur expenses were to take music lessons as entertainment more useful than others, and you devote to the study of languages.
On this subject, write your letters in French, but do not neglect to cultivate the English, that English will be familiar.
I forbid all gambling, and prevents even the innocent, which easily passed to others.
enclose for your own signed copy of the letter I write to Mr A. Blyth, in whose hands, as you know were our interests at the outbreak of war. You will have what we have, putting it in a bank and trying to keep it for when your needs are more pressing.
They were also at that time some interests of mine Exclusively by Mr. Robert Stewart of Edinburgh, but as was authorized them to use for the Government, our agent Bareiro do not know what happened there, and not Captain Benitez has told me the only letter that he had received after the legation. However
can inquire some knowledge have funds available, as resources that can ultimately fall back, and you show this letter to Captain Benitez, if you agree.
As I do not know the time that I will ever write, I want to warn the unexpected event that for reasons of health or other serious circumstances, such as strong disappointment , playing absolutely impossible to fill my wishes in the United States, you can return to Europe on the advice of General Mac Mahon and other respectable persons, whose relations'd been able to acquire, either there or in Europe.
For the rest, I trust your wisdom and prudence will advise. Deputy
a recommendation to our Consul General in New York, which has always been good and I hope will be very useful. He can also guide you in something about how you put your money in a bank, because you should never have you but it very precise.
very young and I've left much years have run without even hearing from you or receive advice, so you do not know me, but for this letter, written to run from the pen, you will know my wishes and advice Sirvant their prescriptions, while having the opportunity to write others, I recommend you read carefully and thought every Sunday after church, then, can, you should never miss this precept as well as the Holy Love and Fear of God, whose majesty I recommend and ask you to bless you and make you happy.
receive the love from your brothers and your loving father.

Matlab Blockset How To Get Rid Of This

Winter: Cold, rain, power outage and more.

Winter is making us an endurance test with the cold days that we are enduring. Obviously that is what one expects from this season, but just never get used. A typical cold over the past few days were very wet and that was that the percentage of humidity is very high. To make matters worse, in many parts of our city had to endure the lack of electricity, whether due to the wires coming loose or overload. Well, After the one is reassured when the service returns to normal. On the other hand, thank goodness that the guys are still on holiday (that is to break from the cold) and that they be extended by a week (by a decree of MEC) On second thought, the measure is Whereas correct forecast of cold weather continued in the days ahead and that is precisely what facilitates the spread of respiratory diseases. We think that many educational institutions in our country do not have the minimum conditions of comfort for students, classrooms without windows no doors, no floors, ceilings and sometimes not because they do not say that in many places there is the absence of the same classrooms, that's our reality the result of blatant corruption that every day bows even more to our country. Without But returning to the issue of holidays, there is an inconsistency in the decree of the Ministry of Education, as it is given the option to schools and private schools to comply or not that provision. One wonders, if it really seeks to preserve the health of the school population: Why is not family law for all? Or does the illness will select only those studying in schools or public schools? What logic is this?

The smallest are the most vulnerable in cold weather.

And when the classroom shortage, the solution is the passage. But when it rains and gets cold ... (Colegio Padre Guido Coronel, Ciudad del Este)

Sample Letters To My Niece

The Aché of Puerto Barra.

currently living in our country twenty villages grouped indigenous into five linguistic families, this means use the similarities of their languages \u200b\u200bas the criterion for a certain relation of kinship. One of the ethnic groups of the Guaraní family is the Aché (also known as Guayaki), which are distributed in six communities are: Cerro Morotí, Chupa Pou, Arroyo Bandera, Ypetÿmi, and Puerto Barra Kuetyvy Tapy.
In 2008 I had the opportunity to visit the Ache community of Puerto Barra (located in the district of Naranjal) in the framework of a research work with Mr. Olga Bertinat ( http://mingaguazu.blogspot.com / ) that experience was more than satisfactory for me because I could feel the warmth and simplicity of the Ache. Here are some pictures of that encounter with the indigenous brothers:
The smile on the faces of these children are worth a thousand words: total joy.

Young Aché with our company. Great experience.

Happiness is reflected in the eyes of these children. And to think that a few decades ago their stocks are at serious risk. Thanks to good people heart as the Ache Fostervold family have survived from that situation. Health Aché of Puerto Barra.
